For all projects, we are involved next to the client or in representation of the client from start to finish from the first plans and ideas to the delivery of flat ready for its intended use.

We advise, represent and introduce our experts in order to realize the best renovation for your project. We participate with or on behalf of our clients through the plans, authorizations, quotes, selection of materials & design and crew, supervision and inspection of the work, etc...

Our role can also include the decoration, the installations, the furnishing and, when necessary, the setup of utilities and rental management.

Project of Boutique Flagship with strong branding identity

This project was realized in 5 weeks in order to build for the Italian company of electronic cigarettes FlavourArt a flagship store in Spain.

The concept was to transform an aging local for clothes sales, located in a medieval building of the Barrio Gothico and with previously installed systems, into a shop with a strong identity and specific adhoc features representative of the brand of our client.

Renovation of 90m2 apartment in Raval area by Peace of Mind

We qualify such work as heavy maintenance work. It included partial items such as wall repairs and renovation, frame restoration, minor electrical and equipment installation, cleaning & repair of the kitchen and additions of doors.

All ceiling, beams and walls were restored and painted anew.

This work consisted in performing light maintenance of the apartment : minor repairs, repaint the walls, decoration, installation of appliances and equipment.

Smaller is often harder : Renovation & Decoration of a 1 bedroom 30m2 flat in Barceloneta

In this project, our aim was to transform a dilapidated property located an original Barcelonetta building into a modern apartment.

We proposed to transform the small and worn flat into a cozy apartment for a minimal budget, including the reinforcement of walls and ceilings, recovery of vaulted ceilings, changes or recovery of windows/doors, installation of all system related to electricity, water, new kitchen and bathroom.

When an Old Flat in Poble Nou becomes a Modern Residence near the beach

This project consisted in modernizing an old apartment for a minimal budget.

We improved the dynamic of light and upgraded all installations. For examples, windows were all changed for new models and all the electrical system was rebuilt

Only the kitchen and bathroom were repaired with minimal renovations but for the appliances, lighting and equipment.

Small Apartment in the Gothic quarter (Ciutat Vella) offers open spaces for Dynamic Executives

This apartment in the oldest area of Barcelona was opened and its antique part, such as the ceilings, were restored to provide a unique combination of modernity and Gothic features.

It was equipped with fashionable kitchen and bathrooms with innovative lighting, systems and materials.
